This is your chance to represent Sky's huge portfolio of entertainment and sports content at a time of rapid digital expansion in our advertising business. You'll leverage your existing relationships whilst developing new client relationships to deliver ad revenue growth in a client base with huge growth potential.In this role, you'll develop and implement a sales strategy for growing Direct business, work closely with Sky Sales support teams to develop innovative client solutions, and consistently ensure that we're delivering the best solutions for our clients. Our ideal person is someone who is comfortable with prospecting new clients, building strong relationships and selling across traditional and digital media channels.Key responsibilities will include:Creating and implementing sales strategies that grow client revenue and secure new business from the direct advertisers and select smaller agenciesManaging client relationships, ensuring we're delivering top-notch service and exceeding expectationsWorking closely with stakeholders to align goals and drive collaboration across departmentsMonitoring market trends and staying ahead of industry developmentsLeading, coaching, and mentoring a small team, driving a high-performance cultureEnsuring financial stability and regulatory compliance throughout the sales processESSENTIAL5-10+ years of experience in a media sales roleExperience in media sales (essential) and TV and/or Digital media sales experience (preferred)Experience in media sales to Direct advertisers essentialA proven track record of exceeding sales revenue targets in a media environmentStrong existing relationships with advertisersIntermediate Microsoft Office skills in Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and ExcelLegal right to work in NZ as defined by Immigration NZPREFERREDBachelor's degree in business or a related fieldIf this opportunity excites you and you want to join us in sharing stories, possibilities, and joy, apply online today.
