Organisational Development (OD) Specialist Listed 30 days Ago Education We are seeking an Organisational Development (OD) Specialist as part of the People and Culture team at EIT.
The appointing salary for this role will be between $90,000.00 and $110,000.00, dependent on skills and experience.
The Learning and Development Specialist is based at our Taradale campus in Napier, reporting to the Operations Lead and will be responsible for: Partnering with leaders and managers and working alongside the People and Culture operations team to provide specialist organisational development (OD) and equity expertise and values-based delivery.
Delivery of OD initiatives that embed equity and inclusion, improve kaimahi capability and establish consistency of practice.
Working in collaboration with the wider people and culture team to design and deliver tailored kaimahi learning and development experiences and solutions.
Supporting the People and Culture Director in thought leadership that spans organisational development, equity, and learning and development.
To be successful in this role you will have: Experience in a similar position, providing expert insight and organisational development delivery at a senior level in a medium to large organisation.
Experience designing and implementing approaches that embed equity and inclusion and prioritise the needs of priority groups.
Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering learning and development frameworks, policies, standards, and delivering these from design to implementation.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, adept at building and maintaining relationships and engaging with diverse audiences; confident public speaker with the ability to produce high-quality correspondence, reports, proposals, and presentations.
