Our Café Assistant is in many ways the face of our business and as such you need to be able to relate to a wide range of people, especially the elderly and their families.This is a casual position on an as and when required basis.Your Responsibilities Will IncludeGreeting customers, processing orders, making delicious coffee and serving cabinet foodFollowing the requirements of the Food Control Plan to ensure that all elements are completed as documentedCleaning of all kitchen surfaces including washing dishes and removing rubbish from the kitchenWorking with the chef to unload and put away stockSupporting the chef with food preparationQualificationsOur ideal candidate will:be outgoing, friendly and have a can-do attitudeenjoy providing top class customer service to ensure a great café experience to our residents and their guestshave the ability to provide high quality and timely support for the Chefhave prior experience with making great coffee, food preparation and presentation is preferableenjoy working autonomously as well as part of a team.Additional InformationWhat's in it for you?
