Job Title

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Inventory Support Assistant to join our team at Tegel Foods Ltd.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide support in maintaining stock accuracy within the warehouse and offsite storage facilities.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory levels.
  • Release and allocate dumps in the system, capturing CHEP movements and ensuring all ROPs are scanned back into the system.
  • Liaise with Petfood to ensure timely invoicing and action downgrade requests from Head Office.
  • Create daily Manufacturing Orders for Café orders and maintain weekly turnaround times on all credits.

About the Role:

  • This is a 5x8 role working 7.30am - 4pm, providing support to our Distribution Centre based in Bell Block.
  • You will be part of a strong team with a great work ethic, helping to maintain high-quality products and delivering excellent customer service.
  • If you have excellent administration, planning, and organization skills, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent administration, planning, and organization skills.
  • Strong focus on Health and Safety.
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer literate - Excel, Word, Outlook.
  • Strong communication skills - both verbal and written.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Understanding of logistics, Inventory control, and warehouse operations.
  • Knowledge of e-Certing / Inventory systems preferable.
