Experience in leading major transactions.Excellent negotiation, communication (spoken and written), and presentation skillsStrong knowledge of the biotech or pharmaceutical industry, drug discovery and development.Well-organized and detailed-oriented.Ability to multi-task and manage several projects concurrently.Team player with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.Self-starter, independent and self-driven.Demonstrates critical thinking and integrity.At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory management position preferred.Strong and existing networks within the early-stage life science community and key ecosystem stakeholders in Singapore are desired.
