More importantly, you will lead and inspire your team to success.In addition to the above you will:Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and personal growth.Oversee daily operations ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently.Collaborate with other departments to ensure your strategy aligns with company goals and objectives.Your primary focus will be safety all the time, every time.To be successful in this role, you will:BE or NZCE or significant industry experience (Diploma in engineering or relevant industry)Minimum 5 years' relevant experienceExperience managing and developing teams (preferred)Relevant department knowledge and understandingSafety related certificationCurrent class 1 drivers licenceYou will be a supportive and collaborative leader with a passion for developing and growing talent.
