">The Auto Repair Network Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of the MBI repair network in New Zealand. This involves setting up and managing the network to achieve high customer service standards, working closely with business leaders, and understanding the requirements of business partners, repairers, and end customers.
">Required Skills and Qualifications
">- 5+ years of experience in New Zealand's repair network industry
- Industry knowledge or experience in automotive mechanical repairs
- Automotive trade certificate
- Experience managing external vendors or 3PL providers
- Ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated ability to convert insights into strategies and roadmaps
- Understanding of relevant legislation, including the Fair Trading Act, Consumer Guarantees Act, and Privacy Act 2020
