You will also receive an annual allowance of $4,301.About you I Ko wai koeThis is a Supervising Customs Officer (SupCO) role, which means you'll be managing people and their operational work.

To achieve a Confidential clearance, you must be a New Zealand citizen or a permanent resident who has resided in New Zealand, Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom or the United States continuously for the last 10 years.You must have a background history that is verifiable and can be assessed as appropriate by the New Zealand Security Intelligence Service towards a recommendation of suitability for security clearance at a higher level.
Already having a Confidential clearance is a benefit, but not a requirement.Due to the nature of Customs' work all candidates must have a clear Police record.
Organisational Security clearances are mandatory and are conducted by Customs before job offers are made.This role will also require you to pass a medical and drug test.Our people get on-the-job training, formal courses and leadership programmes, and the chance to move across diverse roles.
