Quality Assurance Officer - Batch Release The role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Assurance (QA) Officer to join our awesome QA team, working Monday to Friday. Compliance and quality are key in our industry, so ensuring our documentation is compliant and controlled is essential. You will work with all aspects of batch record review and reconciliation of controlled documents in compliance with GMP.
You will be based in the heart of our business, Production (the manufacturing and packaging areas in our facility). You will work closely with the production teams to ensure batch record compliance and to assist with the resolution of non-compliances and production line issues to expedite quality issue resolution.
You will be:
A DOCUMENTATION expert - experience in the review of batch records for manufacturing and packaging of finished goods in the pharmaceutical or nutraceutical industry would be advantageous. You have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. Documentation is your thing.
An expert COLLABORATOR - you are a proactive person who enjoys building relationships and finding solutions with a positive, quality-oriented mindset.
A CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT mindset - vision to see where we can improve and how to get us there.
A QUALITY professional - you have knowledge of and experience in the quality space. You understand the importance of and have a natural instinct for quality.
A COMMUNICATOR - you will have excellent communication skills and the ability to influence outcomes.
You have a tertiary qualification in Science or similar. You are systems-oriented; in both MS Office and have knowledge of or have worked with document management systems. This role sits close to the action within our production environment; you will be wearing PPE, visiting the lines, and being in the thick of it.
