The opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for a Pre-Construction Project Manager to join our Waikato/BoP team.
This role will provide leadership across a variety of projects and suit an individual who thrives on innovation, collaboration, and challenging the status quo.
This is a unique role to our region and an exciting one for an expert Site/Project/Design manager looking for a change.
This role is more than just managing tenders and pre-construction processes - it's about driving smarter ways of working, delivering a competitive edge, and adding real value to our projects and our clients.
You will have a minimum of 10 years' experience in the vertical construction industry with a strong track record of delivering large-scale profitable projects.
You will also have excellent analytical skills to understand and interpret complex technical specifications, drawings, and documents to formulate work programmes from them.
Above all, you will be passionate about delivering innovative solutions to our clients and have the aptitude to lead, manage, and motivate effective project teams and sub-contractors.
