About the roleAs a Commercial Property Manager at Point Property & Portfolio Management, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of commercial properties spread throughout New Zealand. This is a full-time role that involves ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the properties under your management.What you'll be doingOverseeing the day-to-day management of commercial properties, including handling tenant inquiries, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.Negotiating and managing lease agreements, including rent collection and lease renewals.Preparing and analysing financial reports to track property performance and identify areas for improvement.Collaborating with landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns that arise.Developing and implementing strategies to maximise the value and occupancy of the properties under your management.Staying up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to ensure optimal property management practices.What we're looking forMinimum 3 years of experience in commercial property management or a related field.Strong understanding of commercial leasing, property maintenance, and financial management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders.Proficient in using property management software and other relevant tools.Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.What we offerAs part of the Erskine Owen Group, we are committed to providing our Team with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
