General/Business Unit Manager (CEO & General Management) Big Blue is a 26 year old nationwide company in growth mode operating in a competitive and fast paced industry where service delivery dictates the winners and the losers.We pride ourselves on a 97% customer satisfaction rating and set the bar high.We are seeking an experienced operator who is energized, keen to make their mark and has a track record of achievement. You will be a senior leader in the business reporting directly to the CEO.With at least 10 years operations experience, including 5+ years of proven senior experience in the services sector leading operational and service delivery focused teams you are ready for the next step.This is a broad-based senior leadership position that includes full responsibility for managing all day-to-day operational aspects of the company. Keys to your success will be the ability to make things happen and drive a high level operational performance.
