Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Putnam Farm at Danvers. The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and services to our residents, and will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve this goal.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver nursing care to residents in a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.
  • Work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide individualized care and support to residents.
  • Direct and supervise the daily work assignments of Resident Care Assistants.
  • Mentor, guide, and direct Lead Resident Care Assistants in all aspects of their job.
  • Coordinate care needs with community providers via an effective case management process.

Requirements

  • Current state license as an LPN and CPR certification.
  • Graduate of an approved LPN program (per state requirements).
  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience working as a nurse preferred.
  • Previous experience working with the elderly in a paid or volunteer position is highly desirable.
