We are seeking a Clinical Leader with energy, resilience, commitment, and drive, who can inspire and lead our teams.
This is a permanent Monday - Friday full-time role based in Waikato.
We are open to applications from candidates across the Waikato region, and regular travel to meet with your team members will be part of this role (in a Plunket vehicle).
Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity This is a dynamic role where the needs of the front line team will dictate the direction of your mahi and require you to adapt to the changing demands of your team.
You will field clinical and operational escalations which will require advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills.
You'll provide leadership and remove barriers so the team of Registered Nurses, Kaiawhina, and Karitane you lead can consistently deliver quality service to the whanau we serve.
You'll guide each individual to reach their full potential through tailored coaching and feedback and build a high-performing team through facilitating meaningful team hui where you communicate key messages, encourage healthy collaboration, and celebrate successes in your area.
As the need arises, you'll recruit and orientate new kaimahi and support their ongoing development, whether it is submitting their PDRP portfolio or completing their PG Cert or HW Cert.
