About the position
Join a leading aged care provider that is well established and continually striving to provide the highest level of care to their staff and residents. As part of a village, this site offers rest home and hospital level of care. You will be overseeing the care across the site and the teams that deliver this care. Be accountable for continually improving the quality of the services by safeguarding high standards of care. Create an environment whereby excellence in clinical care will flourish.
Responsibilities Monday to Friday
Share of on call between management
Hold clinical governance for the site
Oversee and lead compliance and quality improvements

Registered Nurse with a current APC with NZ Nursing Council
A genuine passion for working within the aged care sector
Proven clinical leadership skills
Adaptability, and able to problem solve
In depth interpersonal and communication skills
Exceptional planning and reporting skills
Hold a respectful and calm manner, building strong relationships with both internal and external parties
