You will help us achieve our mission of fasteners fast & extreme customer service through great leadership and management of our warehouse team.
What you will do each day: Effectively lead and manage the teams through high quality recruitment, orientation, communication, coaching, development, performance management and engagement of all staff Hold team meetings to inform, hold to account, identify opportunities and/or problems, and manage these well and in a timely way Efficient management: costs well managed, low error rates, exceptional customer service and a focus on continuous improvement Leading and coaching your team to achieve excellent customer service Building strong relationships with trade customers and generate new customer leads Manage the day to day health and safety for the branch Oversee the Trade Counter and the Warehouse working alongside our Branch Manager, to ensure we are providing Fasteners Fast services to our trade counter customers Warehouse duties such as picking, packing and checking orders We're after someone: With a high level knowledge of fasteners, the NZ fastener industry and international fastener procurement.
