Must have rights to work in New ZealandThe Role: Provide ongoing support to Project & Programme Managers by coordinating meetings, taking minutes, and preparing reports.Create and manage new Project sites on SharePoint and Confluence during the initial phase.Lead the organisation of weekly and monthly meetings, including setting agendas and producing detailed minutes.Follow guidelines to produce comprehensive Project Closure Reports for all completed projects.Implement communication strategies to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.Assist with the coordination of the fiscal year planning cycle, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.Assist with the development and reporting on the Celoxis roadmap, ensuring accurate tracking of project progress.Regularly update content and identify improvements to maximize the value of SharePoint and Confluence sites for key stakeholders.Oversee the Resource Planner, Kanban, and Shared Calendar to ensure efficient resource allocation and task management.Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, setting realistic goals and timeframes for project completion.The ideal candidate will possess: Minimum of three years' experience in a project management office or technology/business change environment.Proven ability to work across various business divisions with excellent presentation and communication skills.Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to drive initiatives forward.Proactive, results-oriented, and customer-focused approach to delivery.Experience with SharePoint and standard office products and communication tools like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Slack.Proven experience in stakeholder engagement with divisions including IT, Operations, Marketing, Retail, Finance, and external suppliers.Experience in delivering projects based on Agile methodology is desired.Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent work experience.To Apply for this role, click 'Apply' to submit your CV for consideration and a private conversation with a consultant.Submit your details and attach your resume below.
