MN RBC APAC manages MN business from pre-sales to delivery and support, maximizing financial performance for Asia Pacific & Japan. In LDO we support the project delivery.

*Responsibilities
- Develop and implement appropriate Nokia Project Management methodology, processes, tools, improvement and efficiency programmes to ensure all customer and internal projects* are delivered according to contractual obligations, within forecasted costs, time and required quality based on adequate mode of operation.
- Ensure governance practices in line with adequate Nokia project management (PM) and according to BG specificities to ensure visibility of operational KPIs and performance / efficiency.
- Support One CDM/BG DM and their teams during pre-sales and delivery phases by implementing adequate practices like project Great Start, quality gate reviews and PM audits.
- Drive continuous appropriate Nokia project management processes and tools improvement by collecting requirements including applicable loop back to global process / tool owner.
- Ensure availability of project / programme executive level information to CDM and their teams and appropriate geographical organisation by establishing / using reporting solutions.
- Create and implement proactive cost management practice supported by engagement into operational reviews, action planning and follow-up.
- Support / coordinate resource demand activities inside customer team, ensuring proper forecast and information availability.
- Develop PM capability management with appropriate external and internal certification portfolio.
- Support PM community in capability and competence management activities including planning and implementation of PM capability framework.
- Coordinate PM competence development and certification programmes in respective BG / market.
- Act as a coach for PM community based on priorities to ensure that objectives of the project are achieved.
- Drive PM knowledge management and best practice / lessons learned sharing within PM community.
- Develop and manage PMO communication and communities across global and market organisations.
- Support Customer Project Management in end-to-end cost management including monitoring, reporting, analysing and managing the project execution progress against time, milestones, cost-related performance indicators and invoicing schedule agreed in the customer contract.
- Support Customer Project Manager in project closing to ensure financial closure of the project.
- May act in cost and progress management assignment: Perform supporting role in proactive progress and cost control for services in customer contract(s) for large / highly complex projects with significant / moderate risk.

**Required Skills**:
You are an experienced professional with a proven successful track record in PMO and demonstrated an extensive history of contributing alongside senior executives to ensure appropriate project planning, progress reporting, and process governance on Key Nokia programs

You will also possess the following essential attributes:

- Track record of successfully delivering PMO services for large &/or complex network & technology programs
- Proven ability to stand up and manage PMOs for traditional and agile run projects/programs/portfolios
- Preferably 10 years experience in governance and leadership to drive delivery outcomes
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence and drive a strategic agenda
- Proven track record of digitalisation of the PMO and project/ program execution and governance functions
- Experience in process definition and improvements.
- Management of medium PMO teams
- Experience across Project, Program and Portfolio levels of PMO
- High energy levels & self starter with team building skills and demonstrated leadership experience
- Advanced data analytical skills
