Specialising in consumer electronics, home entertainment and small appliances, JB Hi-Fi strives to deliver the most extensive range, cheapest prices and genuine service to customers every day.The heart of our business is our people and we are proud of a culture that fosters teamwork, nurtures talent, encourages individuality and embraces diversity.About The RoleAs an Operations Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to be hands-on with our customer base, and help work towards our budget through specialised sales, training, planning, customer service, and operations leadership.Responsibilities for our coordinator role include, but are not limited to the following:Prioritises tasks and coordinates the operations team to operate a highly efficient back of house, adhering to procedural control measures.Stock flow including inbound goods and processing, returns processing, transfers, invoice management, etc.Provide excellent customer service and effectively handle customer complaints and queries.Build and maintain effective working relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders.Applicants must be available to work Sunday through to Thursday each week.This is a great opportunity to take that next step in your career and be a part of an exciting brandAbout YouWe are seeking an individual who loves working in a casual fun atmosphere.
