The role We are looking for a highly motivated professional with excellent relationship and people skills to join our high performing Claims Partnerships and Services team as a Team Leader for the Property & Motor Assessing Coordinators. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and developing the team, ideally bringing at least 2 years of leadership experience, along with a strong understanding of property & motor claims operations, and a genuine desire to deliver excellent customer service. If you thrive in a collaborative, fresh-thinking team and have a 'can do' attitude, then we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Developing and managing the coordinating functions across both property and motor to ensure the efficient and exquisite delivery of service. Working closely with assessors & loss adjusters and being responsible for effective workflow management. Identifying opportunities to streamline processes through ongoing improvement. Providing dedicated leadership to and development of your team. Qualifications and experience Demonstrated experience as a strong leader, managing a close-knit team. Good understanding of property & motor claims. Ability to offer effective training to upskill team members across both property and motor. Great people skills & critical thinking capabilities to work under pressure within deadlines. The flexibility to adapt and evolve with Ando's Claims strategy. Ability to travel when necessary. Ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders and be approachable. Want to surround yourself with great people?
