Job Description A career that lets your passion shine: You will play a pivotal role in our kitchen, working alongside a fantastic team. The food you prepare, cook, and serve will leave our guests wanting more. As Sous Chef, you will provide hands-on supervision of the restaurant, ensuring a consistently high-quality product. You will maintain the highest hygiene standards to meet Health & Safety regulations. By actively sharing ideas and suggestions, you will help improve the kitchen environment and menus. Managing food costs through careful preparation, service, and storage of food will also be crucial in your role. Qualifications What you will bring to the role: Minimum 2 years previous experience in a similar role, within high-end dining operations Ability to work under pressure, in a fast-paced environment Ability to work cohesively and collectively as part of a diverse team Certificate in Commercial Cookery Level 4 or above or equivalent Proven experience in leading, training, and developing teams Additional Information When you become one of our Heartists, you will also be a member of the Accor group with all the benefits that brings.
