We are seeking a talented and self-motivated Desktop Analyst to join our busy IT Customer Service team responsible for all customer interactions related to the day-to-day support of our desktop services across the Treasury and DPMC.
In this varied role, no two days are the same and you will be responsible for providing technical expertise to resolve complex IT queries. You will need a wide breadth of technical expertise and a solid track record of exceeding customers' expectations. Occasional travel will be required as part of this role.
Key Responsibilities Provide technical expertise to resolve complex IT inquiries.
Deliver exceptional customer service to meet and exceed customer expectations.
Maintain strong relationships with a range of stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements Excellent technical skills with 3 years (minimum) relevant industry experience.
Highly developed communication skills with the ability to translate technical and non-technical information to a range of audiences.
Exceptional problem-solving skills with a strong focus on end-to-end ownership of issues.
A proven ability to build strong relationships across a range of stakeholders.
You're curious, love technology and enjoy learning.
Self-managing, team player who goes about their work with passion.
Technical Skills Windows 10, M365 (advanced)
Enterprise Mobility Support (Intune, iOS) (advanced)
General End user hardware support (Laptop, Tablet) (advanced)
MFD Support - (advanced)
Active Directory User/Computer Administration (intermediate)
Microsoft Exchange User Management (intermediate)
Application Packaging
Back Ups and Server administration (intermediate)

We will be looking to appoint the successful candidate into the role with a remuneration of between $73,000 and $86,000.
