Our Digital Enterprise Services team leads the way for seamless integration of our ICT infrastructure to build a strong digital foundation for our operational success. We are the driving force behind our organisation's modern infrastructure, adapting to evolving technology while ensuring stability, scalability, and modernisation.

From overseeing national ITSM and Service Desk functions to managing workspace tools, core infrastructure, integration platforms, and more, we've got all the bases covered. We're here to build upon our rich history and legacy, ushering in the future with contemporary platforms that seamlessly transition us from the old ways to the new.

***Mōu | About you**

Join our team at Te Whatu Ora National Office Services Centre as a Desktop Support Analyst You'll be part of a dynamic group dedicated to providing swift solutions to incidents and service requests. Whether it's resolving issues directly or escalating when needed, you'll be the hero ensuring users are always in the loop.

Your role goes beyond just fixing problems; you'll be involved in provisioning equipment, tweaking user configurations, and keeping track of our tech assets. Plus, you'll get to maintain our hardware stores and conduct audits to keep everything running smoothly.
