In this role, you will liaise with Field Managers, Technicians and end customers to ensure connection appointments are scheduled and confirmed.We are a 24/7 operational team so applicants must be able to work different shifts when required.Ko to mahi – What you will doInbound and outbound calls to/from end customers to confirm and/or follow up on scheduled appointmentsManage voicemail and email enquiriesJeopardy managementMonitor and update CRM systemsReach daily and monthly KPI targetsNa tou rourou - What you will bringPrevious experience dealing with customers over the phonePrevious experience in the telecommunications industry (Provisioning and Faults)High attention to detail and driven to performExcellent verbal and written communication skills and confidence on the phoneResilient, motivated, and capable of working independentlyTeam player with excellent problem-solving skillsWe are a passionate, diverse and inclusive team where to 'Empower By Creating Better Connections" is our stated purpose.
