We believe in establishing long-term relationships with our customers, and we're looking for someone who shares our values and our passion for agriculture.About the RoleWe're seeking a dedicated Agri Services Delivery Specialist to join our high-performing team in Ashburton. In this vital role, you'll be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of products, overseeing both the intake and dispatch processes. You'll collaborate closely with our team to ensure timely deliveries for our clients, maximizing efficiency and minimizing costs.Additionally, you'll be involved in custom orders and applying protective coatings to products. This dynamic position allows you to collaborate with the broader team one moment and work independently the next.This is a great opportunity for career growth, providing hands-on experience and insights into the industry while supporting essential operational functions.Key ResponsibilitiesSafely deliver, receive, and dispatch chemicalsBuild strong working relationships with team members, agronomists, suppliers, and clientsMix and treat seeds accurately to required specificationsManage retail stock levels and ensure proper stock rotationEnsure health and safety by following truck loading codes, safety laws, and handling dangerous goods documentationWhat We're Looking For:A collaborative team playerSelf-motivated with strong attention to detailSkilled in task prioritizationExcellent time management, planning, and organization skillsA proactive, clear communicatorHighly accurate with numbersPhysically fit for active, hands-on tasksA full, clean driver's licenseWe offer an excellent hourly rate for a 40-hour work week (Monday to Friday), with time and a half for additional hours during peak season.
