Your leadership will optimise our supply chain, enhance customer service, and create an environment where innovation and safety come first. Every day brings new opportunities to deliver results and shape the future.This role is all about cross-functional collaboration; working closely with sales and operations to streamline business processes, manage costs, and exceed customer expectations. But most importantly, growing our people and ensuring they have the tools they need to succeed. Ideally based in Tauranga, key Responsibilities will include:Inspire, lead and motivate a talented team of six direct reports to deliver results and drive performance.Elevate customer service by ensuring our supply chain and branches operate smoothly, efficiently, and safely.Continuously identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhancing customer experience and creating efficiencies to drive high NPS scores.Ensure the health and safety of our people remain our top priority across all operational aspects.Achieve excellence in operational performance metrics, including DIFOT.What You'll Bring:Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams across Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Operations.Experience running a branch concept, ideally within a similar industry.Expertise in service excellence and process improvement.A high level of commercial and financial acumen.Ability to work collaboratively across departments to deliver best-in-class service.Ability to travel around the Regional branches including Tauranga, Hamilton, Napier, Palmerston North and Wellington.WHY JOIN US:As part of the Fletcher Building group of companies, we can offer great benefits including a competitive salary, flexible working, an incredible parental support scheme, educational support for yourself and your family, an opportunity to learn from some incredibly talented people and a fun and supportive environment with opportunities for growth and development.Join us at Laminex NZ and be part of a team that's passionate about innovation, excellence, and making a real impact in the market.
