We're committed to providing exceptional support services for our clients and currently looking for an experienced, flexible and outgoing Female Support Workers to join our team to work with our clients based in Dunedin.
As a Support Worker, you will provide essential care and support to individuals with unique needs contributing to their overall wellbeing to lead fulfilling lives.
Key Requirements:Qualification in Healthcare, disability support or related fieldCompetency in PEG Feed and Hoist handlingProficient in delivering high quality personal care and home help supportOwn transport with a clean and valid Restricted/Full driver's licenseStrong communication, time management and organizational skillsProfessionally presentable, adaptable, mature and flexibleResponsibilities:Assist with daily tasks such as personal care, bathing, PEG feedingUsage of hoist equipment correctly and efficientlyManaging general home help, mobility, positioning and groomingWhat we can offer you:Great hourly rates aligned with Pay Equity starting from $23.38 to $29.10Free ongoing NZQA equivalent qualifications in Health and Wellbeing.Free Umbrella services anytime you might need counselling support and adviceFree work mobile phoneTravel reimbursement between your clientsSubsidised Southern Cross Health InsuranceTraining will be providedWhy choose Geneva Healthcare?Since 1996, we've been supporting New Zealanders to live their best life and thrive by keeping well, living independently and staying connected with their community.
