We are seeking a highly organised and eager to learn administrator to join our People and Culture team to assist and support our people at the Law Society.
Our People and Culture Coordinator will play a key role in the team and organisation by taking the lead with Payroll, by coordinating and processing the fortnightly pay-run, and other payroll actions as required. Please note training will be provided for a candidate who does not have payroll experience.
This busy and varied role will also see you working closely with our people leaders in assisting with onboarding and offboarding, recruitment, managing employment records, and various key people & culture processes.
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, fast learning, and dedicated professional to join our small but mighty team. This role is permanent, part-time (25 hours per week) and will provide you with many learning opportunities.
Our ideal applicant will have:

Previous payroll experience is advantageous but not required
Previous administration experience working in a similar or relevant role
Some understanding of HR functions and best practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Meticulous attention to detail
Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines and juggle competing priorities
Strong problem-solving skills
