Permanent Full time (30+ hours)

You are the first point of contact for clients; your focus will be maintaining and developing new and existing client relationships and providing implementation and administrative support to the adviser team.
Some of the main duties of this role include:

Preparing for client meetings
Data input into Xplan CRM
Assisting with the production of client reports
Responding to client queries regarding their life to health insurance policy
Administrative support for new insurance applications

About you

2 or more years of experience in a similar role or a recent graduate wanting entry-level experience in the insurance/financial services industry
Excellent phone and email communication skills
Savvy with technology and experience with CRMs, Microsoft Teams, Office 365 suite
Effective time management skills to prioritise and meet deadlines
Excellent problem solver
Proficiency in handling numeric data (can use Excel)
Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate record-keeping and efficient administration
