We are looking for a dedicated Night Audit Associate to join our team and help maintain our high standards during the nighttime hours. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the night shift.You will be responsible for auditing financial transactions, providing excellent guest service, and maintaining security throughout the property.About the RolePerform nightly audits of financial transactions and reconcile accountsPrepare daily revenue reports and summaries for managementProvide front desk support, including guest check-ins and check-outsHandle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptlyMaintain security and monitor hotel premises during the nightAssist with other duties as assigned by the Front Office ManagerAbout YouPrevious experience in hospitality or a similar role preferredMust be very detail oriented, have a high degree of professional integrity and be able to work safely, effectively and efficientlyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyProficiency in hotel management software (e.g. Opera) is a plusMust be available to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidaysFluency in English is requiredWhat We OfferWe offer access to our Staff Perks Programme with a wide range of discounts and deals with our suppliers and partners.
