Job Description
At Rosewood Matakauri, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
We are looking for a dedicated Night Audit Associate to join our team and help maintain our high standards during the nighttime hours.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the night shift.
You will be responsible for auditing financial transactions, providing excellent guest service, and maintaining security throughout the property.
About the role
Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and reconcile accounts
Prepare daily revenue reports and summaries for management
Provide front desk support, including guest check-ins and check-outs
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
Maintain security and monitor hotel premises during the night
Assist with other duties as assigned by the Front Office Manager
About you
Previous experience in hospitality or a similar role preferred
Must be very detail oriented, have a high degree of professional integrity and be able to work safely, effectively and efficiently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g.
Opera) is a plus
Must be available to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
Fluency in English is required
