Wellington, New Zealand Avis Budget Group Full time

Based at our offices in Wellington CBD, we have a part-time position available as a Rental Operations Agent, working 15 hours per week.
This position will require you to work on a part-time (15 hours per week) basis, working weekends Saturday and Sunday from 8 am - 5 pm each day.

Weekend work part-time (15 hours) position available.
Wellington, CBD based (186 Victoria Street, Te Aro).

About the Role:
As a Rental Operations Agent, you will be involved in all aspects of our business This varied role covers both our front and back of house operations. On the counter, you will be interacting with our customers, marketing products and services, completing rental transactions, contracts, and bookings.
On the other hand, you will be inspecting vehicles for damages and maintenance issues, driving, and parking our cars, as well as cleaning vehicles (interior and exterior) in the wash bay so they are ready for our customers.
What we are looking for:

Full, clean, valid class 1 driver's licence is essential for this role.
Previous experience within retail, hospitality, customer service, or similar roles.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service.
Comfortable learning and using various computer systems to accurately input rental information (training will be provided).
Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards.
