Our 3-2-1 Hybrid Working Model 3 days from anywhere in Australia or Aotearoa New Zealand per week,2 days from an RACP office location per week,1 of the two days per week in office spent with your team.Job DescriptionAbout the Role This position sits within the Training Accreditation Services team, which oversees accreditation for Basic and Advanced Training programs across Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand.
The purpose of the role is to provide operational and administrative support to delivery of the accreditation program, support implementation of strategic initiatives, maintain compliance with RACP policies and procedures, and develop resources and training to support internal and external stakeholders.
Key accountabilities include:
Provide robust administrative and secretariat support to committees, working groups, and other stakeholders involved in the accreditation of training programs/settings (e.g., email management, drafting correspondence, development of agendas and minutes, compiling documentation and reports, facilitating meetings, and arranging travel)Provide stakeholders with information and guidance to increase awareness of/maintain compliance with relevant processes, policies, requirements, and standardsCollaborate with committees and other stakeholders to facilitate robust decision making and effective governanceMaintain accurate records and undertake data entry activities to ensure stakeholders have access to reliable informationContribute to projects and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance accreditation operationsThis is fixed term contract until December 2025 with possibility of extension. Desired Skills and ExperienceAbout You The successful candidate will have:
Demonstrated experience delivering professional client and secretariat services, including high level written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated stakeholder management experience, including excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to negotiate and influence outcomesDemonstrated organisation and time management skills, including the ability to respond to changing priorities and achieve set work objectives on scheduleAbility to monitor, evaluate and improve administrative processes and templatesStrong attention to detail and proven document preparation experienceProblem solving and analytical skillsWillingness and ability to work independently and collaborate within a professional team, as requiredWillingness and ability to travel within Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand, if requiredIT Capabilities: Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint and video/teleconferencing platforms Interested?
