This role will provide a lot of variety, as part of a cross-skilled team responsible for driving improvement initiatives and projects across the Institutional Operations business and leveraging data and automation to improve outcomes.Ka aha to ra e kite ai? - What will your day look like?As the Manager Automation & Data, you will:A self-motivated individual, you will have a thirst for knowledge and a passion for creating real value.Manage the Institutional Operations Automation solutions (BOTs), working with the platform team to ensure platform quality and reliability is well managed for end users, and reporting on performance.Asset Lifecycle Management for Institutional Operations, including regular reporting, planning and obtaining funding.Collaboratively drive automation & data initiatives within the team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.Develop and implement automation solutions to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations and internal policies, adhering to data management practices, ensuring data integrity, security and accessibility.Ou Pukenga? - What will you bring?To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:Experience with A360 (Automation Anywhere product).Experience in data analysis and engineering (SQL, Tableau, Teradata, SAS, Data Modelling).Experience in both designing and developing automation solutions.Proficiency in scripting languages such as Java Script, Python, and VBScript.Strong understanding of automation technologies (e.g. Automation Anywhere, Macros, data analytics, and machine learning).Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Knowledge of data governance best practices.Good experience or expertise in one or more of the following disciplines: Business Analysis, Business Process-Reengineering, Change Management, Digital Delivery, Data Analysis.You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
