We are looking for an exceptional Submission Writer with great energy and drive, to join our high-performing pre-contracts team and contribute to our great momentum in the bid space.

About the Role Reporting to the Submissions Lead and Proposal Manager, the Submissions Writer is responsible for end-to-end bid delivery, including market/sector analysis, win theme development, and writing.

Key Responsibilities Accountable for managing and producing compliant, structured and succinct tender responses. Working closely with subject matter experts to develop bid-specific responses that are tailored to the client's key requirements. Ability to write clear, concise, compelling and persuasive bid content in 'one voice'. Develop high-quality presentations and support materials for tender interactives and workshops. Ability to manage multiple tenders at the same time in a fast-paced environment. Develop win themes / key messages that are clearly articulated throughout the document. About You A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. An ability to communicate with technically focused engineers and translate important information into plain English. Ability to quickly gather accurate and relevant proposal information from stakeholders. Highly motivated and able to take ownership and close out actions on time with a cheerful "can-do" attitude. A great communicator with strong people skills, allowing you to build rapport quickly and influence at all levels. Can work to tight and demanding deadlines without a decline in quality of work. Strong administrative and organization skills. May suit candidates with para-legal, marketing or communications backgrounds. Don't tick all the boxes but you're still excited about this opportunity?
