Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)Full timeWoodland Shopfitting is seeking a Receptionist/Administration Assistant to join our well-respected and highly skilled team on a Full Time basis, 8am-4:30pm Monday to Friday.Your role as the Office Assistant is to ensure that all first impressions of Woodland Shopfitting are of a positive, friendly and professional nature. You will be responsible for day-to-day office tasks including ordering, internal communications, data entry, and general duties, as well as maintaining the cleanliness and overall presentation of the office.Your key tasks include the following:Answering the phone and directing calls, including taking timely and accurate messagesStationery and other stock orderingMinute taking and catering meetingsGeneral adhoc tasks as requested by both the Office Manager and Managing DirectorFleet Management of 3 vehiclesTravel bookings, including flights, accommodation, and car hireManaging WHS paperworkProviding reports to the Managing Director and Office Manager as requiredAbout you:To succeed in this role, you will require initiative, a great attitude, and preferably some form of customer service experience. You will be a team player and thrive working collaboratively with other areas of the business. In addition, you will need to be:Self-motivated, driven, and not afraid to show initiativeReliable, honest, and punctualExcellent attention to detailFriendly, genuine, welcoming, and with a professional natureExcellent time management and organisational skillsAbility to work in both a small team and autonomouslyAbility to receive and follow instructionsThe ideal person for the role will have an interest in business, communications, or marketing and be looking for a long-term career full of growth and development.About us:Woodland Shopfitting is a values-based company.
