We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our growing skin health distribution business.
This role is perfect for an experienced sales leader with a passion for growth, innovation, and team development.
While knowledge of the science behind skin health is a plus, your ability to inspire, sell, and drive success will be at the forefront.Your ResponsibilitiesLead and Motivate a Sales Team: Manage and inspire a team of 4 BDEs to exceed targets, driving growth through effective sales strategies.Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with the Marketing Team to align sales efforts with campaigns and assist in creating educational materials.
You will be the face of the business for education, B2B channels, and socials.Leverage CRM for Growth: Own the CRM (HubSpot preferred) to optimize sales processes, manage leads, track performance & enhance customer engagement.Drive Business Expansion: Identify new market opportunities, increase revenue, and position the business as an industry leader.What You BringProven success in sales management with a history of achieving and exceeding targets.
Ideally, you will have a minimum of 3-5 years managing a sales team.A passion for leading and developing teams to thrive in competitive markets.A collaborative approach, working seamlessly with marketing and other departments.Confidence in presenting and communicating complex ideas in an accessible way.CRM expertise – using a CRM platform to drive sales growth and customer engagement.
