Graduate Support Engineer

Working primarily with our schools and small business customers, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your technical know-how and exceptional customer service skills.Graduates in Cyclone have many potential pathways within Cyclone or the wider industry, with future internal roles likely to include IT support, architecture, field engineering, project delivery and device lifecycle management.What you will doOur engineers work within the Cyclone support processes to deliver and maintain a consistent, stable, and reliable IT infrastructure to support and enhance the business of teaching and learning.Your primary responsibilities will include:Learn our industry standard tools and processes while shadowing our engineers across multiple disciplines.Develop a foundational knowledge across our primary products and services.Contribute to our customer project delivery either as part of a project team, or independently.Develop and foster positive relationships with all customers.Commitment to deliver quality outcomes for clients.Support our engineers with the resolution of incidents covering software, hardware and infrastructure as defined by potential service level agreements.Incident and service request management following standard incident progression and processes.What's in it for you?Ongoing professional development and certificationsCompetitive salary and benefits package including health insuranceFour weeks' annual leave and the option to purchase an additional five daysMatching donations to charity up to $1,000 per yearDiscounts on IT hardware from our vendorsA full set of the necessary equipmentTeam events and social activitiesWhat you will bringYou'll be hungry to learn, efficient, detailed and take satisfaction from completing assigned work to a high standard.
