At Olive Shoots ECC we are looking for a qualified ECE teacher who is passionate about working with tamariki aged 2 and 3 years of age. We are situated in Henderson, West Auckland and come under the auspices of Laidlaw College INC. This is a full-time position commencing at the end of January 2025. We are open to considering some flexibility within the specific working days and hours, which will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
We are looking for someone who:
Resonates with our mission statement "to create a learning space of excellence for tamariki, their whanau and the kaiako to belong, to believe, to discover and to grow."
Has a commitment to the Christian philosophy and ethos of the centre.
Has good communication skills to build strong relationships with tamariki, whanau and kaiako.
Has a respectful and compassionate approach towards teaching.
Has a growth mindset to further develop knowledge and skills.
Holds a current teacher registration.
