We are looking for a centre manager to independently oversee the operations starting in 2025. We strongly believe in fostering reciprocal relationships between our children and the community, ensuring a supportive atmosphere for every child to thrive.We are looking for a passionate and innovative leader to deliver an excellent curriculum and experience for our children and create a dynamic and supportive teaching team environment.Key responsibilities:Lead and manage day-to-day centre operationsImplement a high-quality, child-led learning curriculumFoster a positive environment for children, staff, and familiesManage enrolments, staff rosters, and administrative tasksEnsure regulatory and licensing complianceBuild strong relationships with parents, caregivers and the communitySupport the professional development of teaching staff.Qualifications and experience:Proven people management skills leading a diverse teamEarly Childhood Education Level 7 with at least three years of early childhood management experienceStrong understanding of child-led learning principlesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage administrative tasks and ensure regulatory compliancePassion for nurturing and inclusive learning environmentsStrong problem-solving skills.What we offer:Supportive and collaborative team environmentOpportunities for professional growthExternal support by our centre curriculum leaderIf you are passionate about early childhood education and meet the above requirements, we would love to hear from you.How to applyPlease send your CV, and direct enquiries to:Type: Education & Care ServiceMaximum licenced places: 120
