Te Aho o Te Kura Pounamu (Te Kura) is New Zealand's largest school with a roll of up to 24,000 akonga (students) at any point of time. We provide personalised and authentic learning programmes through distance education from early childhood to NCEA Level 3, including to young adult and adult learners.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, pro-active Team Administrator with a strong administrative background to hit the ground running and provide efficient, highly responsive administrative support to the wider team.
This position involves a variety of duties such as :
Maintaining files and information for Manager / Team
Scheduling meetings and preparing agendas, presentations and taking minutes
Compiling data and statistics for various reporting purposes
Ensuring all business runs smoothly

As this is a busy role, we are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent customer service skills and enjoys building strong working relationships.
As well as this, you will bring :
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products and other administrative technology
Good interpersonal and written communication skills
High standard of accuracy and organisational skills
