Through integration and collaboration, we're building a health system underpinned by partnership, equity, sustainability, whanau-centred care, and excellence.About the RoleThe SUDI Prevention Programme Coordinator is a key member of the SUDI Prevention plan within Health New Zealand - South Canterbury and works in collaboration with all other clinical, service areas and primary care providers across the District.The key components of the role are to provide and facilitate education on modifiable risk factors, and lead, implement and coordinate the Pepi-Pod Programme.About youThis role will suit a qualified health professional (RN or EN) with recent extensive clinical experience in relevant services and someone with clinical leadership skills.
The ability to experiment with new thinking and generate new ideas is essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively with a variety of people at all levels.Be professionally registered in NZ as per legislative requirements relevant to your profession and hold a current APC.Membership of relevant national professional body.Commitment to and enthusiasm for your profession.Role model contemporary clinical practice.Working for Health New ZealandHealth New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is 'the weaving of wellness'.
