**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced healthcare professional to join our team as a Sudden Unexpected Death in Infancy (SUDI) Prevention Coordinator. As a key member of our SUDI Prevention plan, you will work collaboratively with clinical service areas and primary care providers across the district to provide education on modifiable risk factors and lead the Pepi-Pod Programme.
**About You:**
This role is ideal for a qualified health professional with recent extensive clinical experience in relevant services and strong clinical leadership skills. You will be able to experiment with new thinking, generate new ideas, and work collaboratively with various people at all levels. Additionally, you must be professionally registered in New Zealand and hold a current APC, as well as commitment to and enthusiasm for your profession.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide education on modifiable risk factors to reduce SUDI cases
- Lead and implement the Pepi-Pod Programme
- Collaborate with clinical service areas and primary care providers
