The SUDI Prevention Programme Coordinator plays a vital role in the prevention of sudden unexpected death in infancy within Health New Zealand - South Canterbury. This position involves collaborating with various healthcare professionals to provide education on modifiable risk factors and lead the implementation of the Pepi-Pod Programme.

About You
This role is suitable for a qualified health professional (RN or EN) with recent extensive clinical experience in relevant services. The ability to work collaboratively with a variety of people at all levels, as well as a commitment to and enthusiasm for your profession, are essential. Strong leadership skills and the ability to experiment with new thinking and generate new ideas are also required.

Role Requirements
The successful candidate will be professionally registered in NZ as per legislative requirements relevant to their profession, hold a current APC, and commit to membership of relevant national professional bodies. They will also need to role model contemporary clinical practice and have a commitment to equity and cultural competence.
