We have a multidisciplinary team of Clinicians that helps deliver real-life change to our clients.We are seeking an Administrator to join our supportive and people-oriented team.
This is a part-time role for approximately 15-20 hours per week with some flexibility around days.A typical day will see you:Handling the management of all Rehabilitation Contracts and associated general administration.Monitoring and responding to emails and phone calls.Booking and managing of appointments.Entering of referrals.Loading contracts and updating budgets.Completing appointments.Communicating with internal and external stakeholders such as ACC, Allied Health professionals.Ensuring the business operates as efficiently as possible.Assisting the wider Administration teams, colleagues, and Managers with leave cover or projects assigned.Taking minutes at meetings if requested.The ideal candidate will:Be a proficient administrator with a keen eye for detail.Be a team player – willing to help the wider team where required.Have superior customer service skills – polite and personable.Our greatest strength is the quality of our people.
