If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for fostering strong client relationships, we want to hear from you This part-time role is designed for a resilient and adaptable individual who can navigate the complexities of client needs and expectations, ensuring a focus on delivering excellence in service.### Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management:Develop, maintain, and nurture strategic relationships with key clients to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely follow-ups.Perform regular account reviews to assess client needs, identify opportunities for growth, and develop strategies to enhance service delivery.Collaboration & Communication:Work collaboratively with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, support) to ensure seamless communication and coordinated responses to client requests.Actively participate in cross-functional teams to improve client service processes and support client initiatives.Facilitate training and knowledge transfer sessions for the internal team to enhance client-related skills and knowledge.Research & Insight Gathering:Conduct thorough research to understand client business needs, industry trends, and competitor positioning to provide informed recommendations.Analyze client feedback and service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.Client Advocacy:Champion the voice of the client within the organization, ensuring that their needs and expectations are prioritized in decision-making processes.Develop and present detailed reports to senior management on client satisfaction, retention rates, and engagement initiatives.Delight the Client:Identify and implement initiatives that enhance the client experience and exceed client expectations to create memorable engagements.Monitor and respond to feedback through surveys, focus groups, and direct communication to continually improve service delivery.### Requirements:Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.Experience:Minimum of 6 years of experience in client relations, account management, or a similar role.Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships, and exceeding service expectations.Skills:Strong research skills with the ability to analyze complex information and present insights clearly.Excellent cooperation and interpersonal skills to work effectively within teams and establish rapport with clients.Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Personality Traits:Resilient: Ability to bounce back from setbacks and maintain a positive attitude while managing challenging client situations.Adaptable: Quick to adjust strategies and approaches in response to changing client demands or organizational priorities.### Benefits:Remote Work Flexibility: Enjoy the convenience of remote work, allowing for a balanced work-life integration.Paid Time Off (PTO): Benefit from generous PTO policies that encourage rest and rejuvenation.Paid Overtime: Receive compensation for any additional hours worked beyond your scheduled part-time commitment.### Working Environment:At Baxter International, we are committed to exceeding customer expectations and delivering delight.
