Experience : Minimum of 6 years of experience in client relations, account management, or a similar role. Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships, and exceeding service expectations. Skills : Strong research skills with the ability to analyze complex information and present insights clearly. Excellent cooperation and interpersonal skills to work effectively within teams and establish rapport with clients. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
