Our services include two GP practices across two locations in New Plymouth and Whaitara, a community nursing team made up of long-term health, diabetes, cancer, child and respiratory specialists, mental health and addiction services, social service navigator support, alcohol and drug recovery, and youth services to help whanau address life issues that may impact their overall health and wellbeing.

Mo te turanga | About the role You will be joining our vibrant, dedicated, and collaborative primary health care team.
You will be responsible for providing patient-centred, culturally appropriate, individual holistic care to our enrolled population.
You will work closely with the GP's, nursing team, our intern nurse practitioner, practice pharmacist, pharmacist prescriber and our administration team to provide clinical guidance, assistance, education, and support.
Kia ekena a angitu | To promote success in this role, you will have Current registration with the Nursing Council of New Zealand as a Nurse Practitioner/Matanga Tapuhi Current practicing certificate In depth knowledge of and passion for primary health care Ability to demonstrate advanced clinical nursing practice A full, clean NZ Driver Licence Experience in applying tikanga Maori as it applies in the role (desirable).
