Where making an impact matters. As a Digital & Technology Senior Product Lead in this team, you will play a crucial role in Kiwibank's transformation journey by leading the implementation of our future core banking platform.

You will be responsible for driving the business outcomes within our Core Migration program, ensuring alignment with the bank's overall objectives and customer needs.
You will also be responsible for facilitating and supporting our ways of working as well as promoting our team culture within the squads.

Key role responsibilities: Working closely with other product leads and managers and effectively planning and managing dependencies Clearing roadblocks to success and making success visible and knowing when to escalate effectively Maintaining a high-quality backlog, working with product managers to develop and define roadmaps, & defining metrics to support decision making Proactively identify areas where existing processes, practices, or solutions can be enhanced or optimized This is us.

Key skills and experience we're looking for: Experienced product leader with a strong background in platform management, driving successful product development and delivery by aligning business needs with technology solutions Experienced in leading, mentoring, and guiding squads to evolve into high-performing teams Ability to think strategically and at a detailed level to cope with business and technology complexity Highly experienced in requirements elicitation techniques and ability to translate business needs into clear and actionable user stories & acceptance criteria Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where change is embraced and encouraged Strong problem-solving skills with a willingness to explore unconventional approaches to solving complex problems Previous experience in banking is highly desirable - familiarity with banking regulations and compliance requirements This is us.
