On behalf of our Auckland-based client, an established digital marketplace, The Pond Recruitment Agency is looking for a talented and passionate Social Media professional to join their high-performing Marketing team. 
You'll be responsible for the daily management of all organic social media initiatives across, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and YouTube. You will curate beautiful content, plan and schedule social posts, engage with the community through comments and messages, and utilise tools to track and analyse performance. You'll also work and collaborate with the wider marketing and creative teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience with the aim of engaging customers at every stage of their buying journey.
You could be sitting digital agency-side right now, and totally over the lack of creative ownership and churning out fluff pieces that don't generate real engagement, results, or cut though. Or you could be already working client-side for a brand that doesn't value the power of strategic organic content in today's competitive digital landscape.

You'll be ambitious and hands-on by nature, a positive, and collaborative person with the ability to roll up your sleeves up to crack the brief with special content that engages and performs. An upbeat personality is key, and you'll be confident to reach out, and proactively collaborate with other creatives, marketers, and influencers to deliver quality work.
